Yes, it would seem I've been accident prone - and I forgot the scars on my left shin, one from a bicycle pedal (don't ask!) and the other from barbed wire.Victoria Chathamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02064028734034371341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-343519596287643773.post-3597074753463571812016-08-28T08:22:35.419-07:002016-08-28T08:22:35.419-07:00Victoria--wow! I don't have anything as interesting as a horse-jumping scare (though I'm glad you're okay! That must've been horrifying!), but I was born with Sacrococcygeal teratoma, a benign tumor on my tailbone, which actually made it so I do not have a tailbone anymore, scars trailing my stomach and back, and also made it so I'll never have abs (sigh), but I feel like that would just seem superfluous in a book. Maybe not. You've got me thinking. :) Rachael Kosinskihttp://rachaelkosinski.weebly.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-343519596287643773.post-35911689454184892102016-08-28T03:08:46.161-07:002016-08-28T03:08:46.161-07:00Thanks for the great topic, Victoria. A body with no scars hasn't done much living. I loved it. I'm sorry you've been so accident prone, but you've clearly risen above it. I've got a really tight reading schedule for the next couple of months, but I think I'll download Emmeline for the Christmas break. Being a first-born myself, I love to see hoe others do it. anne stenhouseanne stenhousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02737658937717248241noreply@blogger.com
